1.1 What is the return policy for in-store purchases?
In-store purchases may be exchanged ONLY for items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and be in original purchase condition with tags in place. Sales receipt must be present at time of exchange. There are no returns for in-store purchases.
1.2 What is the return policy for online purchases?
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original purchase condition, including tags and receipts.
1.3 Can I utilize my Frequent Shopper points?
Not at this time. Points can be redeemed in store only. We can add punches to your card. Leave us a note that you have a card.
1.4 Can I get my Employee or Volunteer Discount?
Not at this time. However, without checking out email your shopping cart to [email protected] with your phone number. We will call you to ring up your order and apply the discount and have you pay by phone.
1.5 Can orders be picked up in store?
Yes. Orders are available within two hours as long as the order is placed between 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 12pm to 2pm Saturday to Sunday. If before those hours, the item(s) will be ready two hours after opening.
1.6 When will my order be delivered within the hospital?
Orders will be delivered within two hours as long as the order is placed between 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 12pm to 2pm Saturday to Sunday. If before those hours, the item(s) will be delivered two hours after opening.
1.7 Can orders be delivered to staff units?
Yes, please indicate where the order is to be delivered and phone number.
1.8 Is curbside pick-up available?

1.9 Is gift wrapping provided?
We don't gift wrap, however, your order can be placed in a gift bag with tissue paper at no charge. Please indicate if this is a gift.

1.11 How can an order be canceled?
An order can be canceled if it has not been delivered. Please email [email protected] with order number and full name to start the cancellation process. If the order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled and a return will need to be processed.
